Amber 08-221 [1]

As I drove away from the Golden Valley Humane Society, I had a GRateful, beautiful, precious Golden Retriever girl with her head laying on my shoulder and I have been rewarded with hundreds of sweet puppy kisses! The tears were streaming down my face as this girl has already touched my heart. She was so happy to be on her way to the "Golden" life after being dropped off 30 days earlier.

Let me introduce you to Amber! A four year old purebred GR that was given up because "the kids were not interested in her anymore." Well, let me tell you sweet girl, you are now a RAGOM girl and you will be loved, cherished and spoiled from this day forward.

On the way home from the GVHS, we stopped at the vet to get the "once over." Amber is spayed, microchipped and UTD. She had a small fatty tumor that was looked at and that was fine too. Amber does have one issue, but we will take care of that once Dr. R. has time. Let's just say that Amber will be having "cosmetic surgery" on her private area so she can urinate and it will not get infected. That is the story my little Amber wanted me to tell her fans because sometimes those names for body parts are embarrassing and she did not want to be embarrassed! She has been through enough!
