Wow what a BIG boy Baxter is – I know his pictures today are not going to do him justice, so just keep watching!  He is unbelievable.  He is a pure golden, he is more red in color with a big head.  However, I think he looks like a little basset hound in his face, but you look for yourself.

Now Baxter has a few issues that need to be dealt with before he can be adopted, but that does not mean he can not find his forever family while he is dealing with them.  Baxter came from a very loving family and it shows; he has a beautiful coat, one of the nicest I have ever seen.   

Baxter has some shoulder and hip issues that need to be looked at by the orthopedic surgeon on Tuesday.  From the original vet description he has OCD on the left shoulder and he favors his right hip.  So as you can imagine, he may have a couple surgeries he needs to get through before he can go home, but that does not mean he can not find his forever home to help him through by just giving him some one on one love at his fosters home.
