Birdie 09-325 [1]

Birdie has been with us since Sunday 8/2/2009.  She is very sweet.  She has adjusted quickly to a new home.  She is very gentle with our kids (8 & 11) and they just love her.

Birdie has not shown anxieties at our home.  She loves to be with our family and loves to go on walks.  She walks extremely well!!!  She wants to play with our cat and other dogs.  She should be good with both, but our dogs are 15 and not much into playing.  She is a little confused by this.

Birdie wants to be loved.  She is 9 years old, but has the energy of a slightly younger dog.  The vet said that she was in great shape, and was ready to be adopted.  She is now up to date with all vetting.

Birdie does not like to be kenneled, but does well in other confined spaces.  Housebreaking is going well.  Only 1 accident in 4 days, and that was our fault.  We left water out all night and she couldn't hold it.  Since then, no accidents in 2 days.

Birdie is a great Golden and ready for a loving family!
