3/27/07: Blue, son to May 07-125, came into this world to much better conditions than if he would have been born 2 days earlier. Blue’s mom came from a puppy mill. The day before he was born, she was picked up and driven 6 hours to MN to come to my house! Unfortunately for her, the delivery wasn’t so easy so some of the puppies were born by c-section at the emergency vet in the middle of the night.

Since I can no longer tell which puppies were born here and which were born at the hospital, we weighed and colored them again as soon as we got home and Blue was 1 pound 1 ounce. The puppies ranged from 14 ounces to 1 pound
and an ounce.

My fiancé and I are getting married in May, which is where Blue’s mom got her name. We decided to give all of her puppies wedding names, so Blue is named after the saying “something old, something new, something borrowed,
something “Blue”!
