Brandy 12-424 [1]

Brandy 12-424 is a 12 year old female Golden Retriever who came to us this weekend along with her son Parker 12-423. Her family has fallen on some financial difficulties and surrendered this beautiful pair to RAGOM. Brandy is spayed but not up to date with any vetting. She will see the vet on Friday. She is very over weight and appears to be nearly (if not completely) deaf.

Brandy relies on Parker for everything. These two are each others shadow. One does nothing without the other. I feel it would be in their best interest to be adopted together. Brandy spends a great deal of the day sleeping. She pulls while on the leash and does not like the gentle leader at all. She does not want to go into a crate but is fine being confined to the laundry room at night. Her former owner said that she eats drywall but as of yet I have not seen any destructive behavior. She is an all around sweet girl.
