Billy is one of four male puppies surrendered to RAGOM by a breeder. He is a typical Golden Retriever puppy who loves everybody. No medical issues. He will be a big boy judging by his large feet and frame. He gets along very well with his two foster sisters, wrestling, playing tug of war, and following them around outside.
