This is Buddy and he is fostered in Aitkin, MN. What a handsome guy!! A little history on Buddy. He was a stray and found on a farm in Southern Iowa. That's it. That is all we know.

He was to the Vet today and what we do know is that he is not neutered. Vet said he is about 1-2 years old, so we will say 1 1/2. He has fleas, hook worms, whip worms, a yeast ear infection. He is 57.5 lbs. His coat is very dry and thin. Now on the good side....he does not have heartworm, or any tick borne diseases. All these nasty things that are taking residence on or in him are temporary and will soon be gone. He will be neutered next Wednesday. He was given all his immunizations and microchipped. And he was a very good boy during all this poking and prodding.

He is now on a very good dog food which will help his coat. He has not had any accidents in the house. He is curious about the cats but so far has not chased. And a very good temperament!! Very sweet. And a Velcro dog. Wow, that is allot in one day!
