This is the most recent information available; however, it may change as we learn more about the dog.

Chase 16-030 is a 1-3/4 year old PB male Golden who weighs 91 pounds. Chase is neutered; is UTD; is on HW and flea and tick preventatives. He loves car rides; doesn’t resource guard; has never been destructive; and doesn’t suffer from separation or storm anxiety. Chase absolutely loves people; loves children; gets along great with other dogs; and plays with the cats. Chase is house trained; was crate trained during house training- he now the run of the house when left home alone; baby gates are unknown. The owner described him as loving and playful - he can’t get enough human attention. He loves kids and lived with a 6 year-old boy with special needs. The reason for surrender is due to a change in family dynamics. Chase here! I just came into RAGOM and I’m looking for my forever family. I just came from my wellness vet exam and did great—except for my weight. The vet wants me to lose 20 lbs. So I’m looking for a family that will walk with me and help me lose those unwanted pounds. I just love people and dogs—okay cats too. I don’t need a fenced in yard because when you call me I’ll come running. I like to stay real close to my humans and love to be petted. Oh no, foster mom is coming—bye.

Chase is one of the easiest dogs I’ve ever fostered. He is like Velcro and just wants to be with people. Currently he’s living here with my dog and is enjoying the playtime. Chase can either be with another dog or the only dog in the family. He’s so easy going and a joy to foster. He just needs a family that will help him lose the extra pounds.
