Hi, I am Chloe and I want to tell you about me....ready?

I am 4 years 8 months, 70 pound girl and a Golden Retriever through and through. My foster mom said I have a golden personality, whatever that is. I just know I am happy, healthy and ready for some fun. I like walks, but I am learning to not pull. I keep telling FM hurry there is lots to see in this world....she says fine, but no pulling. What would be great is a fenced yard! Run and play fetch...I’m up for it. How about you?

I am used to being alone and behave like a lady when FM is gone. So, far I have stayed alone for 6 hours while FM was doing human stuff. I do believe couches and chairs are dog friendly..why sleep on the floor when a cushy place is available?

Now about other dogs...I need to work on this one! Remember none of us are perfect. I did have a scuffle with a foster's boy dog...sorry Bear! I am an only at FM’s house so we haven’t tested this as of yet. Kids? Like em.... Housetrained, yes I am....now I need to qualify this a bit. I did poop in the house, BUT I really would like a little privacy, please. You know if you are on a leash there is someone at the other end watching you...really how impolite. FM also has been taking me out to potty a lot...like a really lot! Not necessary I can hold it for a l o n g time, which mystifies her!

One more thing...I haven’t done much car riding so need someone to show me how to take that in stride. I get excited. Where are we going, who will see, can we play... FM said relax...breathe! I will try or maybe one of those fence things or a doggie seat belt would help me?
