Sponsored by: Janna HillLet me introduce you to a wonderful little bundle of golden sweetness.  Cody is 8 weeks old (will be 9 weeks on Friday) and he is one of the puppies rescued from the puppy mill in ND.  Cody is truly an adorable little guy and SO sweet.  He loves to snuggle and has found that a lap is a lovely place for a nap.  He is very inquisitive and likes to wander around investigating his surroundings.  He can even negotiate going up and down the stairs in our house.  He doesn't wander too far though as he like to know where his "humans" are.  Cody happily follows our resident dogs (Bailey a lab and Joey a Brit mix) around and tries to initiate play, but is not obnoxious about it.  He enjoys chewing on dog toys (a rope bone and a soft toy seem to be his favorites so far).  He loves to be outside – playing in the sun and the grass and romping around.  He especially enjoys visits from Kaya and Keely and they play non-stop for several hours – they are VERY tired puppies. He is not fond of being locked up in his crate all by himself, but he is getting used to it well.  Of course, it's hard sleeping by yourself when you're used to sharing your space with quite a few siblings!  We are still working on the house training.  It is helpful having the older dogs around as he can take his cue from them.  With patience, love and gentle handling, this little guy will be a great dog and a wonderful addition to his forever family.
