Cooper (Harrison 07-708) [1]

Happy New Year!
 
Let me introduce you to Harrison 07-708 . Harrison is a petite Golden mix 8 week old puppy who is residing in foster care in Iowa - it's cold and snowy here today. He won't last long on the adoption page! He is just as cute as can be!
 
This little guy is an active healthy pup who is curious & sweet and loves to eat his dry dog food.
 
He slept quietly in his crate on the drive home from Albert Lea, MN but fussed a little in the night. I think he is trying to adjust to all the changes in his life ... he was just separated from the litter and that's hard on a little guy. 
 
He likes to be held and cuddle and I have noticed when he comes in from outside he shivers for a little bit. Poor thing. So I have a blanket handy to wrap him with.
 
I have enclosed a few pics of him. One shows him trying to figure out how to get thru the baby gate! These baby gates are a huge help with puppies.
 
I plan to call the vet and see when he would like to meet Harrison. He has had some puppy shots already. 
 
More updates to come as we get to know this little fella.
