Emily 11-320 [1]

Emily is an 8 month old, 35 lb female, golden/lab mix. She is black, with white patches on her chest, chin and splashes on her paws. She went to the vet yesterday, had puppy shots, received her microchip and is doing great! She has a sore on the pad of her back paw that we are treating.

Emily came to us on Tuesday with her brother Tristan (11-319). We gave them a bath together and they did great! They were not scared, and LOVED the touch and attention. I got so many kisses J and they haven’t stopped coming!! After their bath they met our resident dogs (12 yr old Shepard- Hunter and 20 month old golden/lab mix - Remi) . They are all getting along well!

We took them outside to potty and put them in a kennel for the night at 11:00. They slept together without a peep until 9 AM! Kept their kennel dry. Same routine last night. Emily has had an accident in the house, so we are working on potty training.

She is so loving. When I sit she hops up next to me and lies on my lap. When I stand or work at my desk, she is my foot warmer J. She loves her brother and they play well together. She is really light so I have her on my lap a lot and she almost hugs me with her front paws. We have taken a few naps with her on one side and Tristan on the other. I have a HUGE smile on my face when we cuddle.
