Emmy (Emmie 04-096) [1]

Ellie 04-095 (girl-golden), Emmy 04-096 (girl-black), and Eddie 04-097 (boy-black), are extremely people friendly and good natured 8-week olds littermates, who eat and play with great energy and then fall asleep in a big bundle. Ellie and Emmy are best girlfriends; Eddie (with snow on his chin) joins in the fun sometimes, but would much rather curl up on a warm lap. Mom is a small-sized golden/yellow lab mix; dad has not stepped up to assume responsibility.

For the two nights here, they have been confined (together) at night behind a baby gate. After about 15 minutes of crying, they settle down for about 8 hours.

Ellie and Emmy are adorable and play non-stop. That's not to say that Eddie doesn't join in and enjoy the games, but he would rather strut around like a little bear cub until he finds someone who will give him a belly rub or ear scratch.
