Gabe (Ace 08-254) [1]

Ace 08-254 and Amara 08-255 [2] are siblings and came to us through the same owner as Joey 08-251 [3], Jared 08-252 [4] and Jordan 08-253 [5]. Relatives thought they wanted to keep these two darlings but in the end, they decided puppies were too much work and too much of a responsibility for them to handle at this time so they have now turned them over to RAGOM. Ace and Amara have the same mother as Joey, Jared and Jordan. They are part Golden Retriever and part Gordon Setter.

We have a vet appointment late tomorrow afternoon so we will find out more information at that time. We do know they are approximately 8 weeks old, NOT house trained as they were kept outside in a garage kennel, love to play, get along great with other dogs and cats, love to sleep on top of my Goldens and seem to be in really good health.

Last night after they found my arm pit and hair to snuggle into, they slept all night until 5:30 AM this morning. What good little puppies!

Ace is all black and seems a little more shy than his sister. He has the ‘I’m a big boy’ syndrome and tries to keep up with my Goldens. He loves to get right into my neck and snuggle in my hair. He is a little frightened of loud and new noises. He’s also not sure when the big dogs bark and will come running back to me. He is the first one in the house when something scares him. I’m sure everything is just so new to him right now. He’s a very handsome little guy though and I’m sure he will just need some time to adjust.
