Gracie 07-067 [1]

2/15/07: Gracie arrived at my house about an hour ago. She has explored every inch of my house and back yard, met the cat and the rabbit as well as my two guys and all is well. My 11 pound cat reared up on her hind legs and screamed (yes, screamed) at Gracie and that was it. She was very interested in the rabbit cage, but is now laying in the same room as the rabbit and not even looking at the bun. She and my young guy are best friends already. She is about 55 pounds (a total guess) and very cute!...she is darker brown than a Golden, but otherwise looks like a Golden...she has all the feathering, same ears...just a more chocolate color than golden. She is 15 months old so still has plenty of puppy in her. She came from a loving family and had to be given up because a child developed severe allergies to her. She has obviously been loved and treated well. According to her paperwork, she has had some obedience and she comes nicely when called, sits and downs...pretty good considering she just met me. She is crate trained, too. Doesn't get any better than that. We'll go to the vet soon , but she's spayed already so she'll be ready to go.
