Profile

HI EVERYBODY . . . . my name is Isabella. You may notice I'm not exactly a Golden Retriever (darn)! My paperwork says I'm a Cocker mix, can you tell by my picture?? My FM calls me a half pint. Don't know what that means, but I think it's because I'm sooooo tiny. FD scooped me up and weighed me. Can you guess how much I weigh? Betchya can't!! I'm only 17 pounds. Not sure how old I am (someone thinks I'm around 7 months . . . ssshhhh . . . don't tell anyone but I think I'm older than that). I really love, love, love my people - I'm so sweet. I don't hardly take up any room in bed. I really like to lay on my FM and FD pillows, that's okay 'cause FD needs me to keep his head warm.

Did you know RAGOM volunteers don't mind driving like a million miles just to get a girl to her new home in Southern Minnesota? I was found as a stray by some kids and they gave me to their grandparents, but they're old. They contacted RAGOM because they couldn't care for me very good. SO, here I am! Now I live with these two other dogs - one gets to live here forever and one is a foster just like me (see our picture). We get along okay, but sometimes I get a little bossy. My fur sisters tell me off and then we're all okay. I didn't have other dogs to talk to before, so I'm learning to share. Where are the cats?? I like cats. I don't get it . . . I used to go out the door all by myself and now they put me on this thing that follows me everywhere. FD says it's for my own good - NOT!! He says it will keep me in my own yard and away from the street. Even though I didn't like it at first, I'M SMART, cause now I don't mind. Do you know what a walk is? I don't. FD said we all get to go on one [I'll let you know what it is later].

I guess I go to the doctor next week. I heard FM say I need to get spayed. WHAT?? If you want to meet me (and I'm sure you do) please contact PLACEMENTatRAGOM [dot] ORG.

Catch ya later!

P.S. I'm going to Leashes and Leads in Rochester [2] on March 14 with my foster sister. Come see us!!!
