Rosa was found under a trailer with her underweight nursing mom and her litter mate Rainey 18-103. You'd never know she was homeless—she is a healthy, happy puppy. Her nickname is "Party Girl" because she is always up for some excitement. She'll do best in a home with a family who likes to get out and about so she can meet other people and dogs and get lots of exposure to new things.
