Lacy 11-112 [1]

Lacy is a beautiful 6.5 year old PB Golden Retriever.  She came to us about 2 weeks ago a very shy, timid girl who hid behind our couch and only came out to go outside. She was an outside dog before she came to us and in the couple of weeks we have had her she is realizing how good it is to be an inside dog. Although she was an outside dog and technically not housetrained, she has not had an accident in the house yet.  She has even learned to give us a cue when she needs to go out.  She was afraid of pretty much everything in the house (stairs, hardwood floors and even got nervous when we changed the sheets on our bed). She has strong storm anxieties and we have been given anti-anxiety meds by the vet for her to take for future storms. She was nervous to get in the car when we first got her and now she loves to be able to go along for car rides. She was spayed on Tuesday the 19th and is recovering well.  She should be ready for her forever home in a couple of weeks.
