2/18/07: Lucy is a 10 year old purebred Golden Retriever. She is an owner surrender from a family that had her since she was a puppy. Lucy had been an outside dog all of her life, but now that she is older she needs to be in the house more and so she was surrendered to RAGOM. She is used to kids, dogs and cats, loves to ride in cars.

Lucy is a typical senior girl. She just loves to be with you and get lots of pets and attention. She is house-trained and is very well behaved in the house. The owner information that came with her said she does have a little storm anxiety and is scared of fireworks. She will probably do better with the storm anxiety when she is in the house with her people rather than being left outdoors in the storms.

Lucy has allergies and because of that she has very flaky skin and runny eyes. We are working her onto a very good premium dog food so I hope that will help. Lucy is up to date on her vaccinations. We will get her to the vet this week and get her checked out and also micro-chipped.
