Lucy (Dee Dee 06-294) [1]

7/8/06: Ms. Dee Dee has been traveling all day and she is now in Minnesota. Dee is a great traveler in the car.

Dee is a very sweet girl who wandered up to a good Samaritan's house where he saved her from being shot by another neighbor. Poor girl is pretty nervous right now but I'm sure she will settle in nicely. How do you know when a Golden is stressed? You buy them a hamburger and they spit it out. She did eat it but it took a couple tries.

Dee is a medium red Golden with curly wavy hair. She has mats and wood ticks so we have a lot of grooming to do in the next few days. She was spayed on the 29th and will be getting her stitches out soon. Thank you to the good Samaritan who paid to have her spayed. Her ears are pretty dirty so she may have an ear ache. She also has a broken tooth that we will get checked out as soon as possible. She probably has nursed a litter recently also.

Dee is a Velcro dog and sticks right next to you...she is all Golden, the perfect little temperament, Golden personality, and she has amazing eyes. There is something special about this little girl and I know as she feels more comfortable she will show everyone what a great girl she is.
