Marley (Romeo 08-388) [1]

Hi there! My name is Romeo…I just came into RAGOM’s care a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. My past was not so good but I am determined to look ahead and so far, things are pretty wonderful. I have a nice foster home with a fenced back yard and resident Golden, Libby. I am learning from her that it’s a good thing to roll in the grass and scratch my back, pee many times on the hostas, and to chase squirrels that run along the fence. I am getting fed extra special things cause they say I need to gain weight. M-m-m. My favorite thing is my walks. At first I was real scared of all the “city” noises and lights, but slowly I am getting used to them. I figure if fur sister isn’t afraid of them, why should I be! Last weekend we went to Central Park and I saw many new things there….fast bikes right alongside me, skateboards, lots of kids and strollers and families. Fostermom said I did real good.

I was neutered yesterday…Mom said it had to happen. Yikes! I was pretty zonked last night but feel much better today….no walks for 7 days so that is going to bother me. Oh well. Did I mention I am 4 years old, have lots of curly darker fur and love to be petted? Just in case someone out there is looking for one special boy….talk to you later!
