Marty was a stray, found walking the streets of Sioux City, IA. He was brought to the local shelter, but was unclaimed. Good Samaritan and shelter "angel", Sheila C., called RAGOM to see if Marty could join "our" family and get medical attention for the mass in his mouth and gums.
