Maximus 09-365 [1]

Do do do do do dooooo (that is the trumpet sounding):  Introducing Maximus to the RAGOM family!  Max is an 8 year old, male, pure bred Golden Retriever.  He weighs 67 lbs and is neutered and micro-chipped.  He is completely housebroken and will even gently nose you at night if he needs to go out.  Max is UTD and on HeartGuard and Frontline.  Max is also on medication for a slow thyroid.   He was surrendered by an incredibly loving family who has a child who is VERY allergic to Max.  It was a tough decision for them and I know they must miss Max very much...Max misses you guys too!   Max came from a home with children ages infant and up.  He is very gentle with our 23 month old daughter.  I think he would love to go to home with kids to play with!  Max went to the vet today.  He looks great, although he does have a staph infection on some portions of his skin.  This is an easy fix with antibiotics and it should be cleared up in a couple of weeks. Max is a very talented boy.  He knows several commands, including sit, lay, down, come and stay.  He can also hold a treat on his nose and wait for the 'okay' to get it!  I love that trick!  Max is also a beautiful boy!  He is lighter golden color with a beautiful coat.  His looks are nothing compared to his golden personality!  He is such an easy-going and happy boy!  He seeks attention and will nudge your hand for more petting!  If you are interested in Max, please contact your placement advisor!  He is such a great big love...he won't be around long!
