Molly 09-353 [1]

Hello everyone!  Allow me to introduce Miss Molly!  She arrived in Burnsville today, after a 2 day car ride from Tennessee.  She is a darling southern gal that we are looking forward to getting to know better.
 
Molly is 5 years old and was used as a breeding dog.  We are told that she has had several litters of puppies and was not living in the best conditions.  Despite this, she is good natured and met our 2 resident female dogs with absolutely no problems.  She is not skittish and enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen with me this afternoon while I cooked, despite the noise and constant activity.  I'm sure the cubed cooked chicken I was feeding her helped.  She has that wonderful golden attribute of wanting to be close to her humans.
 
 We all took a walk this evening and she is now resting on the floor close to me.  She did very well on the walk although we can tell that leash walking is new to her. 
 
Molly will be going to the vet tomorrow for a good check up.  What we know about her health so far is that she has entropian eyelids (rolling inward), needs to be spayed, and may need some dental work.  She is up to date on all of her shots.
