Oliver is a very sweet, loving dog. He came into RAGOM because someone in the home did not like him. It is best that he go to a home where there is another dog to play with. He is fine with free roam in his foster home, as there are others dogs for him to play with. If he was an only dog he might get bored and look for something to get into. He is a real love bug.
