Please welcome Paris 13-169 to RAGOM!  Paris has not yet been Spayed and will be available in early July.

I was rescued on June 16  with 2 other dogs and my birthday is 11/20/12.  My foster mom said this makes me 7 months old, I have no idea what that means but she says I am still a young girl.  I had a long ride from South Dakota to my Foster home and that was very scary.  I was happy that I got to share a cage with my sister Juno 13-170 although I don’t think she was as happy because I peed on her, oops.

I like where I am they let me roam around the house although foster mom and dad are not happy when I go to the potty, I am not sure why they don’t like it.  When I go outside all I want to do is jump and follow my foster brother.  I don’t like going into the metal cage upstairs it is scary but I only have to go into it at night.  The plastic cage downstairs is much nicer and I go in pretty well.

I like to do what my foster brother does.  He has these orange balls and I will get one when he does, he has bones and I get dental treats when he does.  I like to lay on the floor near him I feel safe when he is around.  I love to chew on things, the living room table is by far my favorite yummy wood.

I was at the vet yesterday and it was really scary all these people coming in and out of the room, but they sat on the floor with me and I survived.  I have an ear infection, a skin infection and very dirty ears, now I have to get stuff in my ears and take more baths, I would rather hide in the corner.  I heard foster mom set up an appointment for something called spaying dropping me off on June 30th.  I don't know what that is but it means another car ride and going to that scary place so I am sure I don’t want to go.

These people in this house like to do a lot of things and I get scared anytime they get up and move around, are they coming to get me I sure hope not!  I will come up and lick foster moms hand when she is low on the couch and holds her hand out palm up.  She seems nice but I don’t like when she looks at me.  She had a nice voice and will pet me but it is still scary.    I like that someone is around all day even though she is on a computer working it is nice not to be in a cage.

I know at some point I will have to go to something called a meet and greet I am not sure what that is but it does sound scary.  Foster Mom said that there are a lot of people there, I don’t think I want to go to one of those for a while as a lot of noise, movement and people scare me.

Foster mom here…I am really happy that Paris is here in our house she seems to come out of her shell when around our resident dog and that is pretty good.  She also doesn’t hide except when we try to get hold of her.  She is a beautiful little girl and is learning to be a dog.
