| This dog came into RAGOM from a commercial breeder and has not been adequately socialized to humans. RAGOM requires that any adoptive homes contain a physical fence (due to the risk of escape); another fairly confident medium to large sized dog to role model from (everything is new and scary for them); no children under 10 years old in the home (normal kid behavior scares these dogs). Our goal is to find the forever family for these dogs and our experience leads us to use these criteria. |

Hello my saviors! First a thank-you to everyone who helped me on my LONG trip from Missouri! Since there were SO many of us, as you're reading through our stories and following our journeys of hope, won't you considersponsoring (or co-sponsoring!) one of us? Anyway, my name is Pearl and I have learned SO much in the past week! I came from a commercial breeder, but since I'm a young dog (1 1/2), I'm learning about the GOLDEN life quickly! At first, I was scared of everything (EVERYTHING!) and there are still times when fast-moving stuff or loud noises scare me. However, in the pastweek, here's some of the stuff I've learned:
- Outside is FUN! I've ONLY gone potty outside and love it! I find these things called toys ALL OVER in the grass! I LOVE ropes and tennis balls! When I pick them up I run around so my beautiful blonde hair waves in the wind!
- The couch and bed are WAY, WAY, WAY (did I mention WAY) more comfortable than my kennel! I am getting used to being so close to my humans this way and I kinda like that!
