| Welcome Rex to the RAGOM family!! Rex is a very handsome and friendly guy, 7 yrs old, 85 lbs. He came in with his Mom Chi Chi Be; they are a bonded pair that must be adopted together. Rex and Chi Chi Be look out for each other and do most everything together. They are just adorable!!! | |||||

6/7/2017:
We have introduced Rex to walks on the trail which he loves; everything seems to be about the new smells in the woods, etc. He will pull in the beginning of the walk but settles down a bit on the way back. He has excellent recall and sits on command. He was good about getting a bath and loves loves loves to be brushed! He just closes his eyes and enjoys; if he was a cat I think he would purr.
Rex was vetted on 5/31 with results as follows:
- Heart worm negative
- Fecal negative
- Brought up to date on all vaccinations
- He has chronic ear infections. The first step in resolving this was applying medication to eliminate ear mites. The second step is application of a liquid medicine in the ear for 2-3 weeks. Then it is back to the vet to determine the next step.
- Rex has a fatty growth next to his tail. It is likely benign but should be removed. Timing on that is tbd.
Rex will be unavailable until his medical issues are resolved.
