Sadie (Lady 07-330) [1]

5/31/07: Lady made it to her foster home tonight.  She is beautiful; she is light red and has great feathers.  Here are a few things that we know so far; she was a great passenger on the way to our house, she loves to be petted.  Since being here, she has explored the yard and the main level of the house.  We went for a little walk to explore and let her get used to the area, we went by a park that had some little kids and she just ignored them. We will have her meet our nephews and see how she does with them, we'll keep you posted.  We brushed her a bit and got some of her mats out, (we did have to cut 3 big ones out of her tail) - what a great girl and she was so relaxed.  Lady has met our neighbor's dog through the fence and she got really excited and they both played, chased and barked a bit at each other.  It was nice to see her get excited.  Since she has only been here for a couple hours we do not know much about her, so we will update everyone later as we learn more about this great girl.
