Sadie (Polly 09-258) [1]

Sweet Miss Polly (aka Mini-Me) has arrived at her new foster home in Cedar Rapids.  She is approximately 8 months old, according to a vet who examined her, and weighs about 35 pounds.  She is a dark reddish gold with lovely thick fur and nice feathering.  She has not had any accidents in the house but we don't know  for sure if she is housebroken or not. 

She was a stray in Iowa and was picked up by Ragom at the Cedar Falls shelter.  Unfortunately, it was there that she developed kennel cough so is now on meds for two weeks and can be spayed after that time.  She is getting along well with our resident dogs, golden Maren and shih tzu Yosi, and the cats.  Foster dad will begin his leash training today and we are working on other commands as well.  If you are looking for a young, smaller PB female, sweet Polly could be the dog for you.  Please contact your placement advisor for more information.
