Sooner came to RAGOM from a hoarding situation in Oklahoma, one of 13 pups. Sooner is learning new things and is a gentle boy. No special needs. He is a very petite little guy—only 31 pounds. He loves having another dog to play with. Sooner is funny and loving and does not bark. He has a beautiful golden coat. He enjoys kisses!
