Stella (Pearl 10-278) [1]

Pearl has settled in very nicely.  As you can see she is making herself right at home.  We don't think that she read the report from her surrendering owner where it is said that she sleeps in her kennel with the door open.  When we went to bed we found her snuggled right between us.  Later FD found her wrapped around his head.  Hopefully, when she is a bit more familiar with everything here she will choose another place to sleep.
 
She found a small ball and is playing with it all by herself.  It is pretty funny.  Now she is "helping" me with this report.  Pearl is inquisitive and happy.  She is a smiling dog -- showing her teeth when she is happy. 
 
Will report again when we have been able to get to know her better.
