 3/25/07: Hello, everyone--it's me, Virginia!!  I got to my foster home today and wanted to fill you in just a bit about me and my journey... I got into the car with my foster parents and they said something about going home. Whew, it was a long trip to get here - ya see, I started out in Iowa, and after a few good people and rides later, I am at my foster home in Minnesota. I'm worn out from all the traveling.  

Here is what foster mom and dad have learned about me so far. I am a big fuzzy lover that LOVES to be petted, loves attention and will lean in for all the free rubs anyone has to offer (when I am petted and I lean in, I put my paw up on you as if to say please don't stop).  I am a bit overweight and foster mom says I fit right in here, something about everyone here needs to lose a few extra pounds. I heard that I need to go to the vet early this week to get updated with shots and the whole once over. I also do need to get spayed before I can get adopted. I met the neighbors and their dog. That dog has a lot of energy. I am pretty low key and mellow from what my fosters can tell. I did great meeting them. We'll keep everyone updated on me once foster mom and dad learn more.
