Windsor is a 2-year-old, very sweet, male Golden Retriever from Turkey. He was found by a rescuer visiting a shelter where Windsor was taken after being picked up from the streets. His tail is short and it's unknown how that happened, but even with a shorter tail he can definitely show his excitement and unconditional admiration by wagging his "man bun."
