Meet Wylie, a handsome 6 month old  (40 lb) purebred Golden.   He is VERY CUTE, very busy, and VERY- well Wylie.   Wylie's former owner loved him very much.   Her long work hours and Wylie's high energy were not a good mix so Wylie is looking for a perfect family.   The PERFECT family for Wylie would be a family that has another active dog, a fenced in backyard for HOURS of play, and the ability to let Wylie out of his crate during the day.  Wylie is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on a gentle leader.    Wylie needs a lot of stimulation, exercise and obedience training.  He is smart and treat motivated so if you are willing to work with him he will learn!.   Wylie has learned a few bad habits, that he is very quickly UN-learning.  He likes to pick anything up that he can and he will chew, he will scratch at a door if it is between him and something he wants, and he will mouth you if you let him.  We have been really working on the mouthing and we are down to almost NO mouthing, and this will be something his forever home will have to work on as well.  He needs consistent reminders that teeth on human skin is totally unacceptable.  He is a people pleaser so he is learning very fast. If you are active, have a fenced in back yard, have a dog that likes to play, and want the cutest darned little pup in the world, just ask to meet Wylie
