Role Overview:
Organize and manage the concessions stand for Goldzilla, RAGOM's annual Fun Fair and Walk for Rescue (Sunday, September 8, 2019).
Responsibilities:
- Request/confirm donations for food and coffee
- Determine inventory and price lists
- Create a menu/price list
- Establish volunteer schedule and provide direction
- Purchase supplies (you will be reimbursed)
- Set up the concessions stand at Goldzilla
- Complete a reconciliation report
- Send thank-you note to donor vendors
Qualifications:
- Self motivated
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
