Asha has found the perfect home with the S. family! She has a big fur sister Olive and will be enjoying the Golden life!

Meet Asha! Asha is a gorgeous reddish gold 8-month-old purebred Golden Retriever. She is up to date on her shots, is on flea and tick and heartworm preventative, and is spayed. Asha is a very happy, high energy, bouncy 46-pound puppy and is incredibly playful.

Asha would like me to note that she is an expert at playing fetch and loves tennis balls and Kong toys with cheese. She is a dog on a mission when playing fetch and will do her “Asha jumps” and catch the ball in mid-air.

Also Asha loves bird watching and will try to “catch” robins when we are out for walks. Going for walks is a new experience for her, and she gets very excited on her walks.  She loves the fresh air and getting in all the new smells.

Her ultimate favorite spot in the house is my blue chair. It is now officially her chair, and she hops right up on it. She has been perfecting the “Golden lean” and is a total Velcro dog. She follows me everywhere and loves attention.

Also she loves squeaky toys and will rip the stuffing out of her toys to get to the squeakers. Asha wants me to write that she thinks squeaker toys are the best things ever, and the stuffing just gets in the way.

Asha lived with cats before she came to RAGOM, and although she was being playful and didn't mean them harm, she did chase them. So a dog-savvy cat would be best.

Asha would make a wonderful addition to the right family, one that understands puppies need patience, love, and lots of training.
