Barley (Miles 18-041)

Profile

This sweet puppy was a surrender from a breeder after he did not sell with his litter. This may be due to incorrect vet information on his paperwork. He is so sweet, and still kind of shy. As he comes out of his shell, more of his puppy personality is starting to show! He is a snuggler and the cutest pup you will ever meet!

Sweet Miles (now Barley) has found his forever home! What a lucky boy to have such an active and loving family excited to take him on outdoor adventures and to play with his neighborhood furry friends.

Big thanks to RAGOM for connecting another deserving pup with an amazing family.

Miles is an incredibly special puppy. He is timid and shy at first, but loves to play ball and loves people of all ages. One of the things that makes him so special is how calm he is with kids, and that he isn’t as mischievous as other pups his age. This will likely change as he becomes more confident, but for now he is a snuggler!

Miles needs a patient family who will help him get over his anxiety and help socialize him. A puppy kindergarten class is a must for Miles. He learns quickly, but is not potty trained yet. He is doing well with his kennel and will now go in and out when the door is open. He needs to be kenneled at night and when we are away, since he’s a puppy and can’t be trusted just yet! He’s not so sure about the big flight of stairs yet, but does smaller sets with no problem.

Miles is going to be a big boy and will need regular exercise. He is as sweet as he looks and just as soft, too! Though not a requirement, Miles would love a fur sibling or occasional dog companion. He does well with our cat, but absolutely loves playing with other dogs.
