Emily, now called Izzy, was adopted by the L Family. She now has a teenage human brother, a two-year-old canine brother, and a loving mother and father. Great adventures await this fine pup.

Emily is a total charmer! She was surrendered to RAGOM by a breeder who needed the space for an upcoming litter. Emily plays joyfully with my two-and-a-half-year-old male Golden Retriever who is teaching her about tennis balls, Nylabones, and playing chase. She also gets along well with my eleven-year-old Golden Retriever matriarch. She has been unable to convince the cat to play with her, although there is no hostility on either side. She loves human beings.

Emily had a physical plus rabies and distemper shots last week. The veterinarian said she is a healthy puppy. She is on Heartgard, and we are in the process of setting up her spay appointment.

Emily is sometimes rambunctious and sometimes shy. She will urinate submissively when picked up. She’s crated overnight in Foster Mom’s bedroom and usually sleeps through the night. We are working on housebreaking.

Emily has adorable, long legs and lovely, floppy ears. (We need to make sure the ears stay clean.) She has a great puppy yip, but is quiet except when playing.

Emily is going to make some lucky family very happy.
