Cuteness overload! Welcome Kylie to RAGOM! Kylie is a beautiful 11-week-old Golden Retriever.
Kylie’s first vet visit went well. The whole office swooned over Kylie—nearly everyone wanted to greet Kylie, and she handled the attention very well. Kylie is microchipped and was a champ while receiving her first set of puppy shots. Kylie has a slight underbite, which is difficult to detect unless you physically open her mouth. She will be spayed on April 11 and will be anxious to meet her forever family shortly after that.
From night one, Kylie has slept through the night in her kennel (without a peep – and with no potty accidents!). Kylie is also kenneled during the workday. We have a Blink camera so we can see how she’s doing throughout the day. The image is always the same – a mellow puppy snoozing.
Kylie loves to play with toys, other dogs, adults, kids, and tennis balls! We throw a tennis ball a short distance away, and she can JUST BARELY fit it in her mouth. She’s getting the hang of retrieving the ball to bring it back to us. Neighbor kids have flocked to our house to meet Kylie. She seems very interested in them and loves their gentle pets and affection.
Kylie is a quick learner. On our walks, we bring treats in our pockets. Every time she sits, we give her a treat. Well, she learned that trick quickly! She walks a few steps, then sits… walks a few steps, then sits. Very cute and very smart!
Kylie is a good eater. She is food- and treat-motivated, which will bode well for her in the future in terms of training (all puppies should receive positive reinforcement training to be sure they can be the best dog they can be!).
We are so excited for Kylie to meet her lucky forever family. If you are interested, please fill out the “Inquiry for Application form” under the Adoption tab of the RAGOM website.
Kylie looks forward to meeting you!
