Please meet Luna, a purebred Golden Retriever with an outstanding personality. Luna is a beautiful, bounding bundle of energy. She is an extremely sweet girl who loves to snuggle up next to you, and then go, go, go! Luna will be 2 years old on December 26th . She is very healthy, weighs 75 pounds (but thinks she’s a lap dog), has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations and preventatives, and has been microchipped. She doesn’t have any anxieties or issues. She loves kids and all people, and gets along great with our dog. She hasn’t been around many dogs, but is getting socialized quickly and doing well.

Luna knows some commands such as "sit," "down," and "shake," and she comes when called. She loves to play fetch and knows “drop.” Luna is very active and likes to play outside. She could play all day long. She also loves the water and knows how to swim. She does pull on a leash and doesn’t know "stay" (maybe she does, but she just doesn’t want to!). An obedience class would help her with these. After all, technically she is still a puppy.

Luna came to RAGOM from a very loving home. Her former owner’s job situation changed, and Luna was crated 13 hours a day. The owner felt bad about this and wants a better life for her. She has been around small children since she was a little puppy and has never had any issues.

Although she is used to a crate, she has recently been given free roam without any problems. She is not at all destructive and doesn’t get in to anything she’s not supposed to. She is house trained and sleeps all night. This one is a true gem. She would love to find a new forever home where she can celebrate her 2nd birthday with a big party and a cake!
