Rainey 17-113A is a gorgeous, purebred, 9-week-old, female Golden. After getting to know this gorgeous girl for a week, she is quite the doll and passive.

Rainey has a voice to let you know she needs to go potty, but is quiet after she goes out. She loves treats and tennis balls especially to play with her brother Hugo and the resident dog. Rainey is timid, and we are working on socialization. She will play and cuddle with the foster family, but she is hesitant at first. You MUST be committed to continued socialization of Rainey to ensure she adapts well, as it appears she was not around many people until she came into his foster family's home at 8 weeks. Rainey loves to run up and down the hallway in the house, chasing the tennis ball or being outside. She would play outside for hours if we let her.

With a puppy comes potty training. Rainey is doing great and can hold it through the night. You will need to continue potty training and expect to have accidents!

Rainey does excellently in the kennel at night and during the day. Rainey is a puppy! A puppy takes patience, love, training, consistency, love, socialization, and more love!

Puppies will chew on anything and everything they find! Toys, socks, electrical cords, plants, food, or anything that you do not expect. Do you have the time, commitment, and dedication a puppy needs?

If you think Rainey would be a good fit in your home, please submit an "Inquiry for Application" form. Rainey, now known as Lucy, met her forever family and fell in love. She has 6 children to run around and play with. Lucy's tail was wagging and she was smiling ear to ear, knowing that she was finally home!

Rainey is looking for that perfect family! She needs to be part of the "family." Rainey will bark when she is alone. When she is tired, she settles in her kennel nicely for the night.

Rainey is timid and shy, but takes the lead from other dogs. She is clearly coming out of her shell and wags her tail when you talk to her or play with her.

Rainey loves attention, walks nice on a gentle harness or leash and is getting used to her name. Rainey has met many people and animals. She loves everyone she encounters. Rainey takes treats extremely gently. She would get along with another dog to show her the encouragement she needs or a family who is dedicated to positive training techniques, puppy classes, and continued socialization. She is an absolute doll that will melt in your arms. Rainey was spayed on Wednesday and is ready for adoption!
