Over the past few days, Rosie has blossomed into an even happier, sweeter girl! Rosie and our resident dog (Ella) have started playing more and more often...and although Rosie is 4 years older, she always out runs Ella for the frisbee! Saturday we took both girls to a state park and explored the trails. The girls had a lot of fun, especially when we ran into a couple of groups of kids (and they got to lick lots of outstretched hands)!
Rosie's ear infection is also doing much better. Her ear medicine doesn't seem to bother her at all anymore, and as soon as I'm done putting it in, she dances around me as if to say "hey, that wasn't so bad! Let's play!" Rosie adapts to new sights, sounds, people and situations very quickly. On one walk we went past some playground equipment, which was obviously a new sight for Rosie. We walked up to it, had the girls sniff all around it...and then Rosie just trotted on past it like she had always known what it was!
Rosie, happy on the kitchen floor after rolling in the cool morning dew!
Ella and Rosie resting after a fun filled weekend!
Rosie and Ella sunbathing, and working on the last bites of a treat.
Ella and Rosie taking a mid-afternoon nap.....when it gets so hot, all you can do is come inside and take a nap until it gets cooler!
"Wow, you mean this delicious treat keeps my breath smelling good, and my teeth clean and healthy? That's amazing!!"
