Miss Nala came to RAGOM from the Lake Traverse Reservation roundup in South Dakota, so her background is unknown.

Here is what we do know about Nala:1.  Nala appears to be 4-5 years old.  She is overweight, weighing 63 lbs & I would guess she should weigh around 40-45 lbs.  I haven't had her weighed since she arrived but she is starting to look slimmer.2.  Nala is a beautiful light golden color with white markings.  She has very soft fur & doesn't seem to shed.3.  Nala has a very nice disposition, gets along with cats & other dogs.  She will give a little growl if another dog gets in her face but is not aggressive at all.4.  Nala walks nicely on the leash, rides quietly in the car, knows basic commands, takes treats nicely, doesn't gobble her food and has good recall.When Nala first arrived she was very skittish but is getting better every day.  Nala is really sweet dog in search of a loving & patient family to help her with her confidence.
