Our family chose Tanner from Reno's litter back in March of 2008. He was the closest thing to a perfect dog that you could imagine. After taking on a RAGOM sister Luci 10-043 he was the leader of the pack and on constant watch over my family. He hunted pheasants, ducks and geese better than any of the purebreds he ran alongside, often bringing looks of surprise when this doodle turned out to be a fabulous hunter. Through almost ten years of holidays, vacations, and first and last days of school he grew up with my two children. As a stay-at-home Mom he was by my side through it all, always riding shotgun in the minivan. On July 24 he lost his battle with lymphoma, lasting more than 11 months with steroid treatment only. That was more than 5 months longer than any vet predicted. He was outstanding to the end. Its hard to imagine life without our Tanner. We loved him so very, very much.
