Wynonna is a gorgeous English Cream Golden Retriever puppy born on May 18th to Patzy 17-106.  She has had her first round of vaccinations and will be spayed in a couple of weeks. She is a typical 6 week old puppy--chews EVERYTHING, digs, runs and tumbles over her own feet. Just adorable! . And very snugly. She has been socialized with all ages and colors of people, many types of noises from vacuum cleaners to lawn mowers, thunder, planes, etc, floor surfaces, and is very well adjusted. Her socialization will need to continue in order for it to be sustained. She has a lot to learn and it is a big responsibility to assist a puppy to become a well adjusted adult dog. Are you committed to helping her be the best dog she can be?

Please remember as you look at these adorable pictures:**Puppies are a LOT of work their first year!
**Puppies have small immature bladders and cannot go a full work day without being let out. You will need to make arrangements for someone to come in midday to let him out until he is 6 months old.
**Puppies NEED obedience training, socialization and manners training. RAGOM gets many unmannered, undersocialized dogs surrendered due to the simple lack of training

Winnie is doing great and is just about the best pup we could have ever asked for :) She is a relatively calm dog, but loves playing with other puppies (she just completed puppy class with Canine Coach). She now runs to her kennel as soon as we get a stuffed Kong out, and she is starting to learn fetch (well, at least she goes after the ball... We're still working on the return). We're also working on getting her to stop pulling on her leash and learning that the rug is not grass, but other than that, she's been doing great and getting big! She is very food motivated, which means she can pick up tricks very fast when treats are around. She loves chasing her stuffed toy on a stick, so we spend a lot of time playing with her in the backyard with that. She also enjoys walks with the neighbor dog and visiting her grandparents, who spoil her with love and lots of walks!

We're hoping to take her first obedience class before the year ends, as well as a leash walking class to help with pulling. - we can't imagine life without her!

This little girl turned out to have a wonderful blend of energy for play and snuggler when not playing. She was always up on the bars of the pen looking to be snuggled when someone was nearby. And always one of the last ones to come back into the house after playing outside. She was adopted by a wonderful young couple that have plans for her to become a therapy dog for the hospice patients her new Mom serves. Congratulations to Kelly and Jeff  and thank you for adding Winnie to your life!.
