Jacob is so beautiful and sweet, we immediately fell in love with him. He came into our home about 2 weeks ago from Red Lake Reservation. He has a beautiful golden/yellow coat with lots of feathers and estimated to be around 1-2yrs old. He was surrendered because he couldn't stand. After taking him to the vet he tested positive for Lymes disease, so he is on a month's supply of antibiotics. He did come to us with ticks all over and tick scabs. He also needs to be neutered before being adopted. Jacob is potty trained, has never had a mistake in the house, loves to be around his people, cuddle in bed or really anywhere. He loves walks, and is good with kids who are nice to him. He also gets along very well with other dogs and became friends with our resident dog immediately. I have not tested him with cats as of yet. Jacob is being fostered in S. Mpls. and won't be available for adoption until he is Lyme free and neutered which may be another month or so.

Jacob and I want to thank the Rutzick family for their sponsorship of Jacob in memory of their sweet RAGOM boy, Dallas!

Jacob did really well after his neuter, like nothing even happened. He is such a sweet boy, every morning he jumps on the bed and licks our faces and cuddles, we love it! He is nothing but love!!

Jacob would do great with a family who has kids (probably older ones for now because he jumps up when excited). He does need a little training. But he loves all the attention and petting and just soaks it in.
