Hi JJ here. I got some really great news. I met the "J" family and things went really great. I'm going to be ADOPTED...and the best part is I get a fur brother to hang with! Now I can relax and wait for the big day. I have to wait for my last booster but after that I become JJ J. Wow 3 J's -- must be lucky!

JJ here. What a weekend I had. Slobberfest on Saturday and Goldzilla on Sunday. Wow, I met a lot of great people and now I'm taking R&R today. Foster mom found out I do best walking when I use a non pulling dog harness. I used our resident dogs (Walk your dog with love--yes that's the brand) harness and loved it. I hate the Gentle leader and pull really hard on just a leash.Foster mom said I did great at both events with all the activity that was around me. On a serious note, I get neutered on Friday and foster mom is happy about that. Not sure why she's so happy but it's got to be good. Right? Well I'm really tired and it's time for my R&R so I'll let foster mom continue.
JJ had a big weekend and did great. He had a little incident at Slobberfest where someone put a hamburger down on a table close to him and he swooped in and stole the top bun.  He was like a high powered vacuum, sucked it up and never chewed it. I didn't react fast enough. Learned my lesson, no food within 5 feet of him. JJ literally attacks his food when it's time to eat. He has a bowl that is designed to slow him down. I feed him separate from my resident dog because he would probably eat his and her food.

JJ definitely needs a family that is willing to take him to obedience class, exercise walk/jog  with him and work on his counter surfing/food issues. JJ is a young energetic boy that is house trained and non destructive. He can go all day in the house so long as he has toys and chew toys to play with. He is a happy boy that needs direction. He will be your lap dog in the evenings and sleep with you if you allow him.
