Shelby is a beautiful golden girl who came into Ragom from a shelter. We think approximately 5-7 years old maybe.  She is heavier, about 85#.  She came in with a bad wound to a rear foot which is slowly healing fine with daily bandage changes and vet checks.  We do have some ‘sneezing’ going on too, probably from the shelter, which will be fine in time.  She has a wonderful personality and does great with our pack of 2 dogs and 3 cats.

Today is a grand December day for an outstanding family [and prior Ragom adopters] and an outstanding golden retriever.  Shelby was a girl who grabbed our hearts and the hearts of anyone she met immediately (vet, friends, family).  Although we did not have Miss Shelby girl very long, time does not necessarily dictate how you can ‘fall’ for a golden.  She will be queen bee, have someone home 24X7, large fenced in yard by a lake and many walks and a TON of LOVE.  Friends and family who too, visit and have wonderful dogs to meet and play with.  This truly was a super wonderful match for both and this family is one of the best we have ever met.  Shelby will be in the greatest of care forever. We really miss her and she will always have a place in our hearts.  Love you Shelby girl.
