This adorable little gal is offically named Carly, but I'm calling her Ladie, since she came to a home that already has a foster dog named Carly (04-381) who is older and already used to her name! Ladie is a cute, curious little gal of 3.5 months who is UTD on shots and already spayed. She is a Golden Retriever/Lab mix who has a beautiful reddish-brown coat with a bit of white on her chest, forehead and paws. She is getting along wonderfully with not only her 2 foster sisters, but also her 3 human siblings. She's full of love & kisses for anyone who gets their face close enough! Her love is not surprising, since she comes from a litter of ten, 9 of which were rescued by RAGOM along with their mother, a beautiful Yellow Lab. She seems quick to learn, and is already sniffing around the "outside" door when she has to go!

Ladie had a bath right away, and stood so still you'd swear she'd had a hundred baths already. She has an appointment with the vet on Monday afternoon, and with a clean bill of health, she should be ready to adopt right away. Here lies world's best dog! I have had many other dogs, but not like Rubee. She mothered all 4 of my babies after i brought them home. She never let life or pain take her joy. The stroller pic is early years, where she clearly thought she was our child-she jumped in the stroller by herself, not realizing our new baby was going there! :) The rest are her last days pics, but even then still smiling and welcoming a cat named Washington last year and mothering him too. I love how my daughter dresses her up and she smiles with sunglasses on.

We put her down yesterday and it feels so empty in our home! She was wonderful to the end. Thank you Ragom for matching her with us so many years ago. We were so lucky to have her! Rest in Peace Rubee Sophia. We all miss you dearly! Especially Mom!
